Dave Wyle, CPA

President & CEO

David Wyle is the President and CEO of SurePrep, a leading provider of tax productivity solutions to U.S. public accounting firms. Prior to founding SurePrep, Mr. Wyle founded and was CEO of ePace! Software, creator of the industry leading paperless engagement program originally called ePaceENGAGEMENT. In 2001 CCH Incorporated purchased ePace! Software and rebranded ePaceENGAGEMENT as ProSystem fx Engagement. Prior to founding ePace! Software, Mr. Wyle was a CPA with the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.

As CEO of SurePrep, LLC, Mr. Wyle directs the overall operations of the business, establishes current and long-range objectives, and represents the company to its customers, the financial community, and the public.

Mr. Wyle earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994.

Deepak Parekh

CA CEO SurePrep India

Deepak Parekh is the CEO of SurePrep (India) Private Limited. SurePrep (India) is a 100% subsidiary of SurePrep LLC. and owns a state-of-the-art Service Center for preparation and processing of US tax returns in India. Deepak is responsible for managing the center including recruitment, training and planning of personnel, execution of the plans and achieving of the desired target set forth in consultation with the CEO of SurePrep LLC. He involves in planning of the current and the future activities for the company based on the objectives to be achieved. He set up the SurePrep tax preparation center in India. The key to run a successful operations is dedication, domain knowledge, planning and team performance which Deepak has gained with his experience in the profession. It is his ability of dealing with men and material that puts him in a category of a successful CEO.

Deepak was a full time director and CEO of V-Source Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. During his tenure with this company he set up a dedicated center for SurePrep in India. In this process he was responsible in building up an entire team of reviewers, preparers, systems and office administrators. His major achievement was the initial training of the entire team on US Tax and setting up a system that helped the transition of the process from US to India. He achieved the production goals successfully set-up by SurePrep LLC. V-source was one of the first three centers to be set-up in India for the outsourcing of the tax returns. It was this success that enabled him to sell the business to SurePrep LLC and take total responsibility of managing their operations in India.

He was the Founder Partner of A.D. & Co., a firm of practicing Chartered Accountants in the field of audit, taxation and financial services. He spent over 15 years in public accounting practice during which he had the exposure of working with various corporate and non-corporate clients. In the last few years he developed outsourcing as a revenue model for a leading multinational company in India. He has also done accounting assignments for U.K. based clients.

He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and his membership no is 38953.

He is a Commerce graduate as well as a Law graduate from the University of Bombay.

Ravi Kirpane

V.P. Engineering

Ravi Kirpane is the V.P. Engineering for SurePrep (India) Private Limited. SurePrep (India) is a 100% subsidiary of SurePrep LLC and operates a state-of-the-art Service Center used in the preparation and processing of US tax returns in India. Ravi joined SurePrep (India) in Aug 2011. Ravi has held a wide range of leadership positions, most recently in the U.S. as the Director of Information Technology at Asset Protection Division, Protective Life Inc. Prior to that Ravi served as Director of Information Technology, Member of the Board of Directors in RGA (Reinsurance Group Of America, India) and Software Project manager in RGA (Reinsurance Group Of America, USA).

Ravi directs and manages the overall software development efforts to align with the vision, direction and commitment of the company.

Ravi earned his Master’s degree in Physics from Bombay University in 1990 and Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from NCST Mumbai 1992.
