Training is automated so that it can be done in your office, at your own pace, when convenient. Each person will have their own training plan so they know which training modules they need to complete. Any given module is made up of sections, ranging in duration from 1 minute to 10. At the end of each section is a quiz designed to review the concept covered in that section. The trainee is given unlimited opportunity to answer quiz questions correctly.

At the conclusion of the training module there is a final exam. The final exams are graded. Exam scores are tracked and reported back to your firm. You can manage your staff’s progress and immediately be aware if concepts are not being understood.
