David Wyle is the President and CEO of SurePrep, a leading provider of tax productivity solutions to U.S. public accounting firms. Prior to founding SurePrep, Mr. Wyle founded and was CEO of ePace! Software, creator of the industry leading paperless engagement program originally called ePaceENGAGEMENT. In 2001 CCH Incorporated purchased ePace! Software and rebranded ePaceENGAGEMENT as ProSystem fx Engagement. Prior to founding ePace! Software, Mr. Wyle was a CPA with the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. As CEO of SurePrep, LLC, Mr. Wyle directs the overall operations of the business, establishes current and long-range objectives, and represents the company to its customers, the financial community, and the public. Mr. Wyle earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994.
Deepak Parekh is the CEO of SurePrep (India) Private Limited. SurePrep (India) is a 100% subsidiary of SurePrep, LLC and owns a state-of-the-art Service Center for preparation and processing of U.S. tax returns in India. Deepak is responsible for managing the center including recruitment, training and planning of personnel, execution of the plans and achieving of the desired target set forth in consultation with the CEO of SurePrep, LLC. He set up the SurePrep tax preparation center in India. The key to run a successful operation is dedication, domain knowledge, planning and team performance which Deepak has gained through his experience in the industry.
Will Hosek is the Chief Information Technology Officer for SurePrep, LLC. Will is responsible for setting SurePrep’s strategic long-term IT goals, policies and procedures. Since 2005 Will has directed the development of SurePrep’s hardware and software infrastructure.
Sudeep Jha is the Vice President of Software Development for SurePrep, LLC and is responsible for leading software development activities across the company. Prior to joining SurePrep, Sudeep spent over a decade at Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting in various technical and leadership positions and played a major role in development of the CCH Axcess platform. Sudeep has twenty years of software development experience. Sudeep earned a BS degree in Computer Science from India in 1997 and completed Executive Program in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2011.
Peter Miele is the Vice President of Sales for SurePrep, LLC and is responsible for leading sales and business development activities across the company. Previously, Mr. Miele drove revenues and new account generation as SurePrep’s East Regional Sales Manager. Peter combines comprehensive tax & accounting, paperless workflow and sales knowledge, along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of customer management. Before joining SurePrep in April 2006, Peter was a Tax Manager with the accounting firm Deloitte, where he gained nearly a decade of tax and accounting experience. Peter earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Seton Hall University in 1998.
Greg Pope is the Vice President of Marketing for SurePrep, LLC and directs the planning, design and implementation of all customer facing marketing programs and assets. Greg champions the SurePrep brand to ensure sales, marketing and communications reflect the company’s message, positioning and visual identity. Before joining SurePrep in March of 2008, Greg spent eight years at Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting. Greg has more than nineteen years of sales and marketing experience in the tax and accounting industry.
