Should attendees join the Kickoff Meeting from their own workstations or do all attendees need to be in one room?

In general, attendees can join meetings from anywhere, provided they have the SurePrep software installed. During the Kickoff Meeting, only the Advocate who worked with SurePrep Customer Support during install needs to have the software installed. This Advocate will be asked to screenshare.
