We recently returned from another great Boomer Technology Circles Summit in Kansas City, Missouri. If you’re interested in sharing best practices and learning about the latest technologies in the tax and accounting industry you should really be a member.
The Bridging the Gap Award winners were announced. Congratulations to the winners BKD, Bob Fink from Honkamp Kruger & Co, Mandy Nevius from Keiter, and Peter Henley from Clark Nuber (enjoy your retirement, Peter).
Change management and block chain technologies were both hot topics at the summit. In his keynote, Chris Heeter of The Wild Institute explained how dog sledding teams and CPA firms have a lot in common. SurePrep, cPaperless and Receipt Bank and about fifteen Boomer Technology Circle members enjoyed dinner and drinks at Plaza III – The Steakhouse.
