Q) When did you join the SurePrep Team?
A) January 2015

Q) Briefly describe a typical workday.
A) My typical workday includes following up with clients, answering questions, providing support, and any additional assistance they might need. In addition, I work with new and existing clients on implementation and training. I also work on internal projects and help to administer our CRM.

Q) How has the company changed since you came on board?

A) Since the time I started, the number of year-round full time staff has increased significantly. We have also increased the size of many different departments to support our growing client base and our software.

Q) What do you hope to accomplish/see happen in your future at SurePrep?
A) I hope to continue to grow into my role and provide excellent customer service to our clients as our products and services we offer grow. I also am continuing to learn more about our CRM software so I can continue to help my team work more efficiently.

Q) What is one of your favorite things about working here?
A) I work on an amazing team. Everyone is supportive and always willing to provide assistance, answer questions, or even jump on calls.

Q) Describe SurePrep in three words:
A) Timesaving. Organization. Standardization.

Q) If you could pick one superpower, what would it be and why?
A) Teleportation, to eliminate 15 hour flights and jet lag.

Q) How do you define success?
A) At the end of the day, knowing that I worked hard and did my best to support my clients and provide for my family and friends.
