A) Answering emails, phone calls, live chats, and troubleshooting any issue that is brought to my attention.

A) Hearing what a great workplace SurePrep is!

Q) What do you hope to accomplish/see happen in your future at SurePrep?
A) I hope to grow with the company.

Q) What is one of your favorite things about working here?
A) Everyone is so hopeful, and everyone always has a smile on their face.

A) Great. Amazing. Outstanding.

Q) If you could pick one superpower, what would it be and why?
A) To fly, so I would not have to sit in traffic.

Q) How do you define success?
A) Knowing at the end of the day that I did everything I can to make a difference.
