Q) When did you join the SurePrep Team?
A) January 2014

Q) Briefly describe a typical workday.
A) My workdays include supporting my clients via emails and phone calls; implementation and training for new and existing clients; offering product demos and webinars.

Q) How has the company changed since you came on board?
A) The company has grown significantly in the time I have been here.

Q) What is one of your proudest moments at SurePrep?
A) Being able to find advancement with the company. I started as a Data Entry Specialist, moved to Lead Onshore Support Team Member, and am currently a Client Success Associate.

Q) What is one of your favorite things about working here?
A) The people that I get to work with daily. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Q) Describe SurePrep in three words:
A) Dedicated. Innovative. Family.

Q) If you could pick one superpower, what would it be & why?
A) The Power of Healing. This way I can heal the injured or broken-hearted.

Q) How do you define success?
A) Being able to provide for my family and knowing that I have accomplished all that I can today.
