Q) When did you join the SurePrep Team?
A) February 2021
Q) Briefly describe a typical workday.
A) A typical workday includes answering client emails and phone calls, teaching clients about how to maximize the products they have purchased and discussing new products that would benefit them.
Q) What is one of your favorite things about working here?
A) I love the culture here. It is very team oriented. All of the people have been incredibly warm and welcoming.
Q) Describe SurePrep in three words.
A) Innovative. Welcoming. Trustworthy.
Q) How do you define success?
A) I define success as the feeling of accomplishment when I’ve achieved my goals. In this role, success happens when my clients succeed.
Q) What is one of your proudest moments at SurePrep?
A) One of my proudest moments was helping a client that was feeling uncomfortable with the products they had purchased. By teaching them and showing them how to use the product, the client was able to be successful with the product.
Q) If you could pick one superpower, what would it be and why?
A) I would fly. I’m super impatient in traffic and would love to be able to fly from one destination to another.
Q) What do you hope to accomplish/see happen in your future at SurePrep?
A) I would love to grow in my position and eventually join the National Accounts Team.
