David Wyle is the General Manager of SurePrep, a leading provider of tax productivity solutions to U.S. public accounting firms. Prior to founding SurePrep, Mr. Wyle founded and was CEO of ePace! Software, creator of the industry leading paperless engagement program originally called ePaceENGAGEMENT. In 2001 CCH Incorporated purchased ePace! Software and rebranded ePaceENGAGEMENT as ProSystem fx Engagement. Prior to founding ePace! Software, Mr. Wyle was a CPA with the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. As CEO of SurePrep, LLC, Mr. Wyle directs the overall operations of the business, establishes current and long-range objectives, and represents the company to its customers, the financial community, and the public. Mr. Wyle earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1994.
Deepak Parekh

Deepak Parekh is the Vice President of Operations of SurePrep, LLC. He is in charge of the delivery of onshore and offshore tax return preparation outsourcing and 1040SCANverify services to SurePrep customers. Deepak also oversees the operations of SurePrep India, a wholly owned subsidiary of SurePrep, LLC. Beginning in 2002, Deepak built SurePrep India’s state-of-the-art infrastructure to provide dedicated services to SurePrep, LLC. Deepak’s extensive operational and leadership experience in the tax and accounting industry allows him to manage a high-performing team as well as plan and implement SurePrep’s service strategy. Deepak is a Chartered Accountant from India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax and Law from the University of Mumbai.
Will Hosek

Will Hosek is the Vice President of Innovation for SurePrep, LLC. Will is a guardian of software and infrastructure architecture, design and planning as well as the technical owner of new strategic initiatives. As the owner of new proof-of-concept initiatives, Will leads the technology evaluations and implementations. Will acts as mentor to senior technology staff and drives best practices in software development. Will is responsible for setting SurePrep’s strategic long-term IT goals, policies and procedures. Since 2005 Will has directed the development of SurePrep’s hardware and software infrastructure.
Omid Alizadeh

Omid is the Vice President of IT Operations for SurePrep and has more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering technology solutions to both the regulated and private sectors. Omid is responsible for the global IT Operations, technology, security, and compliance of SurePrep. Additionally, Omid leads the architecture, design, and implementation of SurePrep’s cloud platforms in IBM, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services. Prior to joining SurePrep, he served as Senior Director of IT for Houzz, Crownpeak and VP of IT Operations at Veros/Veros Credit, managing and building enterprise IT solutions for SaaS platforms.
Sarika Arora

Sarika Arora is the Vice President of Product Management for SurePrep, LLC and is responsible for articulating the product vision, shaping the product roadmap, and orchestrating the product team to deliver engaging solutions and experiences. Sarika has spent more than a decade building SurePrep’s product portfolio and has defined a product strategy that emphasizes an intuitive user experience while maximizing customer satisfaction. Sarika holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Mumbai.
Sudeep Jha

Sudeep Jha is the Vice President of Technology for SurePrep, LLC and is responsible for leading software development activities across the company. Prior to joining SurePrep, Sudeep spent over a decade at Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting in various technical and leadership positions and played a major role in development of the CCH Axcess platform. Sudeep has twenty years of software development experience. Sudeep earned a BS degree in Computer Science from India in 1997 and completed Executive Program in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2011.

Dea Jones is the Vice President of Client Success with SurePrep, LLC. Dea is devoted to helping clients achieve value from SurePrep’s products and services, promoting partnerships and long-term client relationships. Dea has spent over a decade championing clients’ needs, being a client advocate in shaping product roadmap, and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to joining SurePrep, Dea worked in the tax software industry as the Director of 1041 software development with Thomson Reuters for GoSystem Tax RS. Dea also has several years of tax accounting experience with the accounting firm Ernst & Young. Dea earned a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Peter Miele

Peter Miele is the Vice President of Sales for SurePrep, LLC and is responsible for leading sales and business development activities across the company. Previously, Mr. Miele drove revenues and new account generation as SurePrep’s East Regional Sales Manager. Peter combines comprehensive tax & accounting, paperless workflow and sales knowledge, along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of customer management. Before joining SurePrep in April 2006, Peter was a Tax Manager with the accounting firm Deloitte, where he gained nearly a decade of tax and accounting experience. Peter earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Seton Hall University in 1998.
