From October 22–24, we hosted our final SurePrep Transform conference at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona. The three-day event was made possible by the SurePrep Success Team and our sponsors: Entigrity, Infinity Interactive, SafeSend, Suralink, Taxfyle, Tech Guru, and Three Crowns Marketing.
A total of 487 attendees, presenters, sponsors, and SurePrep team members gathered from across the country to learn, collaborate, and celebrate with one shared goal: digital transformation. Presenters, including SurePrep founder David Wyle, reinforced this theme with demonstrations, panels, and activities that showcased the potential of tax automation.
We always want to ensure that firms can properly use their software. And the product demos and workshops were excellent. The entire SurePrep team really came together to design an event worthy of the Transform name. We’ve gotten so much positive feedback from attendees the past few days.

Other sessions included a roadmap of SurePrep’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) developments, a staffing capacity workshop with Jim Boomer of Boomer Consulting, and a presentation by Andrew McCracken of Thomson Reuters about embracing discomfort in a rapidly changing landscape.
The conference also welcomed keynote speaker Diana Kander, New York Times bestselling author and entrepreneur. Diana shared her perspective on innovation and offered attendees advice on how to better future-proof their businesses.
It wasn’t all business, however. Monday night’s banquet gave attendees a chance to let loose on the dance floor with a wonderful musical performance by Western Fusion Band.
SurePrep Transform began in 2019 as an opportunity for forward-thinking, passionate tax professionals to convene and explore innovative solutions together. In subsequent years, that shared enterprising mindset has enabled us to overcome complex obstacles, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and make our industry a better place to work.
